Ordering, Delivery and Returns Information

ORDERING

Please place all orders through this site and email any queries to welshslateboutique@hotmail.co.uk. Where there are several options on the standard text,please include the standard text that you require within the notes on PayPal.

All personalised & Commissioned items ordered are NON RETURNABLE unless damaged, Please take the time to ensure when ordering, that the spelling / information is correct, as no amendments can be made after order is placed.

UK DELIVERIES

Standard delivery is £3.99 on orders under £80.
Delivery is free when you spend over £80

Delivery will be standard delivery (3 - 5 working days) from Dispatch. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 10 days, this may vary during busy times as most products are Hand Crafted to order.

We use Royal Mail or Courier for all orders. Deliveries usually need to be signed for.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

We are currently not delivering outside the UK

NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS

In most cases your order will be with you within 14 working days, usually before. If your order has not reached you by the 14th day please contact us on welshslateboutique@hotmail.co.uk

OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if your package was not collected or a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Royal Mail or our courier.

It is very important you supply us with correct delivery details, as we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

REFUND POLICY

Non-Faulty Goods

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund (excluding delivery costs) if the item is returned to us within 21 days from purchase (as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging). When returning items we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Please ensure that the items being returned are VERY well packed.

We regret that we cannot accept items which are returned after 21 working days from the purchase date or which are no longer in a re saleable condition.

Faulty Goods

If your purchase is deemed defective, damaged, faulty or  not as ordered, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item which is returned to us within 21 days from purchase (as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging). When returning items we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty. We regret that we cannot accept items which are returned after 21 working days from the purchase date.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process

Please contact us via email on welshslateboutique@hotmail.co.uk  to let us know that you are returning your item.

Refunds

After receipt of your returned goods we aim to issue refunds within 7 working days. The cost of your purchase will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds take 7 working days to clear from the point of processing.
